In the late 1990's, the Hotel Residence Toscana Verde was renovated into a lovely hotel/residence capable of handling meetings, conferences, weddings and other gatherings.  As you can see here, our pool area is magnificant!  With a view overlooking the country-side, you will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful and relaxing setting for your holiday.

There are vast public areas which include a large terrace, a swimming pool and a public garden for walking.  The Toscana Verde provides a setting that is meant to subdue the daily anxiety that most people deal with on a daily basis.  Your stay at the Residence will not only be relaxing, but theariputic to your soul.

This hotel is located about 10 minutes driving outside of the famous city of Arezzo. The property is an old tobacco factory and there are many pictures from the times past, and in some of the cellar rooms, there is still the faint smell of tobacco.  With the many additions that we have made, we like to think that the ambiance and character of the property will make your experience in Tuscany an enjoyable and memorable one.  The Residence is the result of the restoration of an old rural factory, a historical building that has mantained all the charm of its glorious past.  Toscana Verde is immersed in a natural park with centuries-old trees and is the very place for relaxing holidays.
