We wanted to create a 'getaway' in the Heart of San Miguel that combined Mexican Colonial Architecture with all of the modern conveniences of today. Our Cozumel vacation rentals had to be lively and festive.

The villas needed to be elegant yet simple. The garden setting had to be tropical and serene. The idea was; when you woke up in the morning, you knew you were in Cozumel Mexico and not just another generic 'room'. And finally, it had to represent 'Luxury without the price tag'. Each of our four uniquely designed villas has two levels. Both bedrooms are located on the second level; and have separate full bathrooms. Spacious living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and a half baths are located on the first level. Private balconies and patios are also located on both first and second levels.

Until recently Cozumel was known as strictly a divers paradise. It has grown into a destination resort which serves the needs of all travelers. We can give you the inside information on places to go and things to do.

Remember, you're on vacation! Relax and take a walk! There are some great shops near Casa Colonial. You can go window shopping and buy some of the famous Mexican handicrafts on the avenue, which is just a block away from your villa!
There are also many great restaurants nearby to choose from. You can walk to your favorite restaurant and have a drink with dinner (or two) and not have to worry about driving home! When you do get home you will know that you have had a great experience in Mexico! And best of all, you will return home to a villa with Luxury and style.
