We wanted to create a "getaway" in the Heart of San Miguel that combined Mexican Colonial Architecture with all of the modern conveniences of today. Our Cozumel vacation rentals had to be lively and festive. The villas needed to be elegant yet simple. The garden setting had to be tropical and serene. The idea was; when you woke up in the morning, you knew you were in Cozumel Mexico and not just another generic "room". And finally, it had to represent "Luxury without the price tag". These were the concepts that created Casa Colonial.
